A big shout out to a company that actually tries to make their mistakes right. Originally my review was a one star, but, they actually contacted me and sent a new one. The right thing to do. I know it took 4 months, but, I wrote the review and forgot about it. Alas, a new pad showed up at my door. Thank you for taking responsibility and making it right without me having to make a stink-I will buy from them again
