I purchased directly through evil controllers this has been my nightmare (experience) wish I knew that amazon was selling there stuff they know what customer service is at least.STRIKE ONE: Over 300 Dollars for a defective controller, STRIKE TWO: poor customer service contact emails have a tendency to bounce, repair time over two weeks for starters, STRIKE THREE repaired control still has the same defect it originally shipped with.(Xbox one headset adapter wouldn't plug in) I don't know why But I gave them one more chance to make it right with a new controller. I am not shipping the junk device until I know the new device is in transit so they can't send me the same pos again. Needless to say I wouldn't trust this company with a potato gun I highly recommend you go elsewhere with your hard earned money. this is a luxury item to say the least and as far as I am concerned it had better be right the first time! #EPIC FAIL #INCOMPETENT #better companies are out there
