Decent. If you wanna spend $10 less than the official remote, this is a good alternative. At first it didn't work with YouTube, but there must have been a recent patch because now it works just fine. My only complaint, is that you have to aim it at the Xbox One PERFECTLY. You gotta be a US Army Ranger Sniper to get it right all the time. Other than that. I'm happy with it. Better than draining the battery on your controller.

I like not having to use the game controller, but if the remote is not pointed directly at the Xbox it won't work. Which means I still have to move my body to use it since the xbox is on an angle on the tv case. Me being lazy lol. Works well though.
