Description
Shaun White Skateboarding is a skateboard game created with the input of board sport superstar Shaun White in which players do much more than skate. They literally transform the gameworld and shape their path through it. Set across multiple districts, the game utilizes unique gameplay mechanics and loads of authentic tricks that when correctly performed, bring color, life and manifestations of a shredder's attitude to a perpetually gray and repressed world. Features include cooperative or adversarial modes, more than 80 recognized tricks and more.

DO NOT BUY horibble game its tony hawk pro skater with flick controls not good flick controls a single flick can make you do a rodeo so its basically button controls with a stick there's a reason its available on the Wii cause like the Wii this game is a joke
An underappreciated game...Adam D. Shields
To start, I'm not a fan of the uber sktating franchises such as Tony Hawk and Skate. These titles at one point were fun, but slowly attempted to alter their formula into something straying from the average person who might enjoy these games.I was on a cheap shopping binge, looking for titles I was curious about and came upon Shaun White Skateboarding. After watching a video or two, I was intrigued. The player has the ability to alter the surroundings by performing different tricks (similar in some sense to "Da Blob"). So while the concept was captivating to me, I needed to know if the game suffered from the disorienting camera of "Skate" or the ho-hum control scheme of the latter "Tony Hawk" series.When I received the game, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, there's a level of camp with the story, trying to tell a story of Big Brother (The Ministry) trying to control the population with skating somehow being the "good guys" righting these wrongs through skating". While the concept is eye rolling, what ended up being wonderful was the method the player interacts with the world.As the ministry has controlled the world, it has enveoloped everything in a grey color scheme. Freedom in the form of skating paints the world with bright and beautiful colors. As you play, you unlock new abilities such as controlling rails up and out in the world, allowing ramps to produce in particular locations, and creating your own path through the world.The controls are easy to learn and quite enjoyable. While diehard skating fans might not enjoy this game due to allegiances to their particular brand, those who find the other endeavors too much to handle, this is a nice learning experience with moments that will make you chuckle.There might be more technical skate board games out there, but few were as enjoyable without becoming a complete simulation. I definitely recommend this and most certainly at the more recent budgeted price. -Adam

Trailer looks cool, the concept sounded different, so the final product? Flop. Bland environments and the gameplay is just boring and not inspiring i was hoping i would of gotten that feeling like i did when i played the first Skate, nope not at all. If you want a good skateboarding game then go with Skate 3

People need to stop being so hard on this game. I'm a big fan of skateboarding video games, and while this game may not be as good as the Skate series or the earlier Tony Hawk games, it's actually a pretty good game. I have fun playing this game; I just have two minor problems with it: Barely anybody plays it online, and the controls are somewhat hard to use and get used to. But overall, it's a good game and I would recommend it. Not to mention, it's wicked cheap nowadays if you want to buy it.

if your looking for a skateboard game then get skate. the campaign was a little fun at first but dropped off very quicky, multiplayer totally sucks i hate this game so much if your looking for something positive about this game and more info look somewhere else
